Locwool, soft and warm wool from Bavaria

The Merinolandschaf (Merino Landrace) has its origin in the Württemberg area, Southern and Central Germany.
In the 19th century local sheep breeds, especially the Lower-Rhine-Marsch sheep, were crossbred with Merino sheep This white wool is between 26 and 28 microns.

Merino Wool has long been regarded as one of the finest and softest wools. It is perfect for aerobic activities and long stays in the outdoors. This wool helps: body temperature regulation, warmth when wet. It has the ability to draw moisture away from the body and anti-microbial properties that help keep garments odor free. Even while wet, wool will generate heat up to an absorbency level of 30%.

WASHABLE

We apply an innovative treatment that uses natural salts, which, in concomitance with appropriate activating agents in very precise conditions, develop oxygen as an oxidant agent of wool fiber, without causing damage and allowing restricting results equivalent to the use of chlorine.
This new treatment avoids the risk of formation of organic chlorinated agents (aox) and therefore no chlorine compound is detected both on the treated top and in the wastewater, obtaining a totally ecological process.
